We are delighted to announce that our Founder, Dr Milla Marinova, has been appointed to the renewed European Innovation Council (EIC) Board, joining a distinguished group of leaders helping to shape the future of innovation, startups and scaleups across Europe.
The European Innovation Council is a leading European investor in breakthrough and deep-tech innovation, supporting ambitious companies from early-stage technological development through to scaleup and growth.
Its approach extends beyond funding. The EIC works alongside public and private co-investors, provides targeted business acceleration and support services, and connects innovative companies with industry, customers and the wider European innovation ecosystem. This end-to-end approach is designed to help breakthrough technologies translate into successful companies capable of achieving significant commercial and societal impact.
Dr Marinova brings to the EIC Board extensive experience working at the intersection of innovation, technology, investment and company building, with a particular focus on identifying and supporting high-potential businesses as they progress from innovation towards commercial scale.
Commenting on the appointment, Dr Marinova said:
“I am honoured to be appointed to the renewed European Innovation Council Board at such a pivotal moment for European innovation. I look forward to working with my fellow Board members and Europe’s innovation community to help make Europe the world’s leading hub for startups and scaleups.”
